All Individual roses and floral river collection arrangements are preserved via a water nutrient vials. These provide all stems in with sufficient nutrients to stay fresh between 5-8 days under ideal situations. A cool room temperature room with sufficient sunlight is recommended.

All boxed arrangements (excluding floral river collection) are preserved via water nutrient floral foam to stay fresh between 5-7 days under ideal situations. A cool room with sufficient sunlight is recommended.

All Bouquets are wrapped in our matte water repellent floral paper. Each bouquet comes with a complementary floral food pack. It is recommended the bouquet be placed into a vase with water and the food packet as soon as possible. This will help keep your bouquet fresh between 7-10 days under ideal conditions. A cool room with sufficient sunlight is recommended.

All online orders placed for in-store pickup will be ready within 1 business day of your order behind placed. This is the longest estimated time and orders tend to be done earlier. Please check your e-mail for a pick-up time confirmation for the exact pick-up time.

Same-day shipping rates are calculated at checkout once you fill in the shipping information at checkout. If a same-day rate does not appear, unfortunately we do not offer same-day shipping in your location. All orders must be placed before 4:00pm on operational days to qualify for same-day shipping.

Expedited shipping is available Canada wide, yes you heard that right, Canada wide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and arrive in between 1-3 Business days. All floral arrangements will arrive fresh and are shipped with sufficient nutrients to stay fresh on arrival.

All in-store pickup orders will be available at our boutique location (952 The Queensway). Local pickup orders are ready within 1 business day, typically same-day if placed before 4:00pm.
